Amanda Rockwood has been the Curatorial Assistant since July 2018.
Amanda graduated from Edinboro University in May 2017 with a BA in Anthropology. She also minored in Archaeology and History. After graduating she went on an archaeological dig for a field school run by the Maya Research Program.
This is her first job relating to museums and she hopes to further her understanding of the objects and their care. She has even been able to get exhibit set up experience in the mansion. Her first room design was the reading room, also known as, Gilded Age: Woman of the House.
